1. Check the brake shoe every 5,000 kilometers under normal driving conditions, not only to check the remaining thickness, but also to check the condition of the wear of the brake pads, whether the two sides wear the same level, and whether the return position is free, and it is found to be abnormal. The situation must be dealt with immediately.

2. The brake shoe is generally composed of two parts: iron lining plate and friction material. Do not replace the shoe with friction material. Some vehicles have brake shoe alarms. Once the wear limit is reached, the instrument will alarm to replace the brake pads. The brake pads that have reached the limit of use must be replaced. Even if they can still be used for a period of time, the braking effect will be reduced and the safety of the vehicle will be affected.

3. To replace the brake pads provided by the original spare parts, the only way to make the braking effect between the brake pad and the brake disc is the best, the minimum wear.

4. When replacing the brake shoe, a special tool must be used to push the brake cylinder back. Can not use other crowbar hard pressure back, it is easy to cause brake caliper guide screws to bend, so that brake pads stuck.

5. After the replacement is completed, a few foot brakes must be applied to eliminate the gap between the brake shoe and the brake disc, resulting in no brake on the first foot, which is prone to accidents.

6. After the brake shoe is replaced, it is necessary to run 200 km to achieve the best braking effect. The brake shoe just changed must be driven carefully.
